Mr. Shahid Shah-Nazar, CEO and Founder of Maral Company, Founder of the Maral Technical and Vocational Training Center, and Founder of Basat Cultural and Artistic Institute, holds an MBA degree and has over 20 years of experience in cultural, artistic, educational, and commercial fields. He has consistently worked towards enhancing the level of culture and art in the country.

In line with his efforts to elevate specialized skills and nurture creative talents, Shahid Shah-Nazar established the Maral Technical and Vocational Training Center, dedicating an area of 3,000 square meters to the creation of art and engineering workshops. This center operates under the official license of the Technical and Vocational Training Organization of the country, providing a suitable environment for specialized education.
